Hi everyone, newbie over here!
25 year old girl living in London. I've always struggled with my weight, with either being far too overweight (like right now for example!), or being underweight and not eating at all. I really need to sort something, as I'm the biggest I've ever been and am just fed up of it. I'm hoping this will really rewire how I use/think of food.
I started the slim & save simplicity plan yesterday and my thoughts are already yoyo-ing between "this is the best, I am the best" and "well it's just not going to happen". So far I've managed to stay strong, but I know I won't be able to stick to the plan 100%, which is discouraging! I have an extremely active social life, so am trying to adjust that to fit in with the plan.
I've just joined MiniMins to meet some other people going through this, talk everything through, and hopefully get some encouragement!
