    Hi all, some of you may have seen I have started slimming world at home myself, did it back in 2004 and lost 2 stone but most of it back on and determined this is the last time I "re-start" have just completed my first week;

    Total for the week: 115 syns STS at weigh-in

    Snack - Ginger biscuit - 3 syns

    D Pasta, homemade tom sauce, feta HXA, green beans, salad

    Exercise: Walking in London and half hour cardio in gym

    L - Jacket potato and tin of baked beans

    Riso Gallo four cheese risotto - 1 syn with spinach and peas

    Fibre plus bar HXB

    Total syns: 1
    2 x HXB 1 x HXA

    No exercise except stretches at home

    Aim's for tomorrow - more water, less coffee and lots of fruit!

    Off to family party BBQ but trying to be good and resist.

    Sausage - 3 syns
    Pork rib - 3 syns???

    1 glass of champagne - 4 syns
    Bite of a cupcake - 2 syns???

    You break up normal lasagna sheet into pan of boiling water, once soft (8-10 mins), drain and lay them out on a baking tray spray with fry light add salt or other flavoring (paprika works well) and put into a pre-heated oven around 200 deg until they crisp up and brown usually 15-20 mins.

    They are syn free crisps! on Green and extra easy....I love love love them. They keep in a airtight container for a good few days. I eat them on their own, with salsa or with a meal such as a big vegetable bean chili.

    Give them a try :)

    BBQ chicken from tesco (assuming this is free?)
    Very small amount of chedder cheese grated 1/2 HXA

    Apple
    Diet Coke

    D - Roast shoulder of lamb
    Cabbage
    Broccoli
    Gravy made with meat juices, onions and granules - 8 syns

    Planned total for day: 8 syns
    2 x HXB 1.5 HXA

    Exercise: hour in the gym

    Coffee x 2 1/2 HXA

    1 litre water and another coffee

    L - ryvita x 3 HXB, 28g cheddar HXA, pickle -2 syns, cumcumber, an apple

    1 litre of water and a cup of tea 1/2 HXA

    Dinner out for sisters birthday
    Starter - roasted peppers, bacon, spinach, asparagus, little Parmesan, balsamic and olive oli - 2 syns
    Main - haddock fillet, pepper and onion salsa, vegetables, olive oil - 2 syns
    Desert - resisted temtation and had spoonful of OH's icecream - 3 syns?

    1 glass of red wine - 6 syns

    Total for day: 15 syns
    2 x HXA 2 x HXB

    Don't know how to edit the title but obviously that should be Tuesday!!!!

    B - Apple, Muller light

    Coffee 1/2 HXA and Fibre Plus bar HXB

    L - Jacket Pot, baked beans and chedder 1/2 HXA and HXA
    Glass of diet coke

    D - Pasta, toms, garlic, sausage - 2 syns, white wine - 3 syns, salad

    2 litres of water and lots of orange squash

    Total for day: 5 syns
    1 HXB 2 HXA


    Total for the week = 52.5 :) and lost 2 lbs!!!

    Have to make up for yesterdays syns so will be very low today :)

    B - Wholemeal bread HXB baked beans

    Snack - apple

    L - homemade byriani - rice, onions, peas, whole spices, curry powder, 2 tbps of tom puree - 1 syn, red wine vinegar (assume this is free), veg stock cube

    Bottle of water and a diet coke with cherry
    Tea

    D - Rice with kidney beans in chili sauce, grated cheese HXB and salad. Lasagna crisps

    Total for the day: 1 syn
    2 HXB 1 HXA

    Total for the week so far: 22/30

    If anyone has any comments on last week or this week would be grateful as am pleased with my 2lb loss but really want to get 2 or 3 again this week as next week have two birthday parties which will be bad!!!

    Planning for tomorrow already to stay on track as have meal out with OH and his parents

    B - 2 Weetabix HXB with skimmed milk HXA and sweetener

    Bottle of water and cup of tea

    L - left over biryani from yesterday - 0.5 syns for the tom puree with bag of mangetout
    Glass of diet coke with cherry

    D - we're going to Pizza Express on other threads i've researched and am going for the Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni at 10.5 syns (according to the book),

    DIET DISASTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Couldn't get a table at pizza express, panic! So we went to zizi's......

    Had risotto balls - rice, peas, cheese, breadcrumbed and FRIED!!! Gonna say 10 syns unless anyone has any suggestions?

    Spinach and ricotta HXA taglateli with courgette - was a special luckily - 10.5 as above

    One glass of red wine - 8.5 syns

    Total 29.5 syns :-( 51.5/45 :-( :-(

    Got the munchies....was well behaved and had a couple of weetabix mini's 4 syns with strawberries

    Snack - Firbre Plus Bar HXB with two cups of coffee 1/2 HXA
    Orange

    L - Pasta n Sauce - 0.5 syns with peas

    D - Pasta with homemade veg sauce (Aubergine, carrot, cellery, onion, toms, garlic, basil) topped with little cheese
    Salad including cucumber and carrots

    (If I have any room later I have made a batch of superspeed soup so may try that)

    Total for day: 0.5 syns
    2 x HXB 1.5 HXA

    58.5/100 :) yay back on track!!!
