Hi all, some of you may have seen I have started slimming world at home myself, did it back in 2004 and lost 2 stone but most of it back on and determined this is the last time I "re-start" have just completed my first week;

B Branflakes HXB with skimmed milk HXA
Coffee

Snack - Fiber Plus Bar HXB and mug of tea

L Pret a Manger sushi - 0.5 syns
Pot of Grapes
Diet Coke

Snack - Ginger biscuit - 3 syns

D Pasta, homemade tom sauce, feta HXA, green beans, salad

Exercise: Walking in London and half hour cardio in gym

Total for the day: 3.5 Syns

No exercise except stretches at home

Aim's for tomorrow - more water, less coffee and lots of fruit!

You break up normal lasagna sheet into pan of boiling water, once soft (8-10 mins), drain and lay them out on a baking tray spray with fry light add salt or other flavoring (paprika works well) and put into a pre-heated oven around 200 deg until they crisp up and brown usually 15-20 mins.

They are syn free crisps! on Green and extra easy....I love love love them. They keep in a airtight container for a good few days. I eat them on their own, with salsa or with a meal such as a big vegetable bean chili.

Give them a try :)

BBQ chicken from tesco (assuming this is free?)
Very small amount of chedder cheese grated 1/2 HXA

D - Roast shoulder of lamb

Gravy made with meat juices, onions and granules - 8 syns

Planned total for day: 8 syns

Exercise: hour in the gym

Dinner out for sisters birthday

If anyone has any comments on last week or this week would be grateful as am pleased with my 2lb loss but really want to get 2 or 3 again this week as next week have two birthday parties which will be bad!!!

Friday Day 3 - Green

Planning for tomorrow already to stay on track as have meal out with OH and his parents

D - we're going to Pizza Express on other threads i've researched and am going for the Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni at 10.5 syns (according to the book),

DIET DISASTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Couldn't get a table at pizza express, panic! So we went to zizi's......

Had risotto balls - rice, peas, cheese, breadcrumbed and FRIED!!! Gonna say 10 syns unless anyone has any suggestions?

Spinach and ricotta HXA taglateli with courgette - was a special luckily - 10.5 as above

One glass of red wine - 8.5 syns
