STS - was flickering between 9.11 and 9.12 but stopped on 9.11 so could be half on but that would be ok....

Wednesday - Green day

B - crunchy bran HXB with strawberries and skimmed milk HXA

Coffee x 2 and litre of water

L - M&S count on us mushroom risotto, had lots of mushrooms in and wasn't too creamy so hopefully not to many syns

D - noodles with red onion and beansprouts, rice, SW chips and curry sauce - 6 syns

Thursday - a good green day :)

B - crunchy bran HXB strawberries with skimmed milk HXA

Pineapple

Coffee, litre of water and alpen light bar

L - jacket pot and baked beans
500ml water

D - risotto with jumbo spring onions, garlic, stock, cheddar with rocket salad and balsamic :)
 
Ok...so 5 (amazing) days off plan

Food, drink, cake, choc, deserts, cocktails, wine - bad but so good!

Anyways rather than punish myself with a weigh in I am just going to be good all week and see where I am next wed.

It's going to be hard as I have half a b-day cake and 2 boxes of chocolates at home :-(

Ok so feeling a little guilty as I haven't quite got back to the diet after my week off, have been back to the gym tho :)

Now birthday is out of the way it's the Xmas count down, already have several work do's in the diary so November is a good diet month in preparation!

Plan is;

- 100% on plan except one sat (19) when we're out in London.
- 2 litres of water a day
- no alcohol!!!
- jillian level 3 and gym twice a week

Today- Monday
Green Day

B - crunchy bran HXB skimmed milk and coffee HXA

1.5 litres water

L - jacket pot with baked beans and cheese HXA2 & HXB2
Small diet coke

Half a red grapefruit
Starving so had some Fat free super noodles

D - Rice, red kidney beans in chili sauce and salad

Day: Green
HXA: milk and cheese
HXB: crunchy bran and cheese

Tuesday's Plan - Green

B - Crunchy bran cereal HXB with skimmed milk HXA

Half a red grapefruit

L - Pasta n sauce cheese, leak and ham - 1.5 syns with added peas

D - Wholemeal pasta with garlic, white wine - 3 syns and toms, with salad

Thursday - EE

B - Alpen light bar and coffee

Bottle of water

L - jacket pot with baked beans, lettuce and cucumber

an hour pilates class

D - Chili - carrots, celery, red chillies, garlic, spices, mince beef and rice
 
Been rubbish again not updating! Been pretty good with food except last night I had a bottle of red :-( woops!

Got the mag and am planning to make lots of the recipes this week.
 
Monday - Green Day

B - 2 x nimble wholemeal HXB with baked beans

2 x Mug of tea and 2 x SF orange

L - pasta and sauce - 1 syn with peas

D - Risotto with onion, spinach, broad beans, peas and grated parmesan cheese


Day: Green
HXA: skimmed milk in tea and parmesan
HXB: 2 x nimble
Syns: 1

Tuesday - Green

B - half a pink grapefruit
1 x alpen light 1/2 HXB

2 x coffee 1 litre of water

Orange and a peppermint tea
NOT a lunch but didn't feel great today :-(

Coffee and another 500ml bottle of water

D - wholemeal pasta with cherry toms, mixed salad leaves, balsamic and little grated Parmesan

Mug of tea with 3 digestive biscuits - syns

Day: Green
HXB: 1 x alpen
HXA: skimmed milk and Parmesan
Syns: 4.5?
 
Was a STS for me this week so still at 9.13. Been at a 2 day event so not great but back on it tomorrow.

Friday - lots of water is the aim....

B - bran crunchy HXB with skimmed milk HXA

Orange

L - Pasta and sauce cheese and broc with peas

D - TBC

Hi Shrimpy, yes yes all good...OH took me on a surprise trip to New York and proposed :) so not been here to update and it would read eating and drinking far too much of the good stuff!

New plan is to enjoy our celebrating get through Xmas and the bridal diet starts in Jan so I'll see you all then with a brand new diary :)
