slimfast shakes

hi all
i was just wondering how long you all took to drink your sf shakes ?do you wollop them down or do you make them last all lunch break,ann xx

I just drink mine. I like them, but they aren't going to last long- it's only a cup of liquid+foam!

I don't drink them too quickly, especially the morning one as usually in teh middle of sorting the kids out etc. I love my shakes, but only if I blend them with ice, also makes them seem a bit more filling as they froth up really nicely like a thickshake lol!
