Hi all

I want to be a skinnie-minnie so bad and I feel its time to take the jump and kick the fatty foods out the window.

My weight has been creeping up gradually over the past 3 years and I am at my heaviest now at just over 13stone.
I have gone from a size 10 to a 14. I desperately want to get back to my 10, especially as I am just about to book our summer holiday.

I really lack in motivation and I am hoping that I will find lots of stories and tips here to keep me motivated.

So from tomorrow morning I am going to start and make the changes.
My aim is to loose 3 stone in total.

I have downloaded the app on my phone and I will keep track of everything I eat.

Here's to a fresh new start!
 
Day No1
Feeling positive about today.

Breakfast: Tea with splash of milk, 4 Carrs original biscuits & a muller light with a few grapes (4 syns)

Lunch: struggling with lunch as I usually head to local deli and grab a sandwich. Going to try stay clear of bread this week and see if I feel a difference. Been feeling bloated lately. Will have a look through thread for some ideas.
