I have that nervous/excitement feeling about tonights weigh in lol, hurry up 5pm :) Found this cool video on facebook that looks like a fancy item to put out for parties but would work out low in points https://www.*************/easymealsforeveryone/videos/750650991723139/ . I would need to make it to work out the pastry needed to be sure but 45g is 6 syns and I actually think that would do all 6 apple flowers - jam would be 3 syns so that would be 1.5 syns per treat if the pastry works out right.

Fiddle - I like your mini goals in your signature, I think I will do some mini goals today to keep myself motivated on the way to the long term goal :D

Diet doll - have you been working out? Could it be that the fat lost is being replaced with muscle so it doesn't seem like you weigh less but your inches could be less? Always good to keep an eye on the tape measure once you are in the healthy weight bracket in my experience :) x

Yeah its helped me! My goals were different at the start, but its helped to have mini goals or it can be a bit overwhelming! I really want to lose over 1.5lbs so I can get my next award (3st) and be in the overweight bit of the bmi not obese! being less than my boyfriend may happen soon, he got weighed recently and we currently weigh the same...12 st 8.... Hope you get a good result tonight

Had a loss of 0.5lb this week - quite disappointed. 22lbs to go!

me too diet doll..but if we focus and really go for it this week hopefully we will do better next week...I seem to have this battle every stone about halfway...

I do know it is not what you wanted but a loss is a loss. `Not Enough` I hear you say. 1/2lb is never enough. Know you will both continue trying until next week.

Well done on the losses guys! Doreen don't beat yourself up too much, it happens to all of us. Just don't lose your motivation and you will see the losses :) x

I am really trying to keep motivated. It is a little more difficult than I want it to be as I really need a loss this week. Thanks anyway. xx
 
Keep off the bread for the rest of the week maybe?! Hope weigh in goes well for you this time, I'm sure I wont be pointing you to this post! I am trying to get in motivated mode and am sorting through old underwear and wow...my chest has really shrunk...from 40 e to 36 d or dd...I dont really mind though...at least clothes and swimming costumes fit better!

Well the scales in class had me at only 3.5 down but I'll take that :) Now I need to match it this week to get my 1/2 stone off this week. I stuck to the plan well in week one but need to work on getting out for more exercise (and try for some body magic awards) and having more speed foods! Also going to try and change my daily cup of tea for a decaff :)

What do people eat on the day of weigh in? I feel like it would be so much easier weighing in at a morning class but it's handier to go in the evening.
 
I weigh in at 5.30 on a Monday, I usually have a large breakfast and just drink liquids til after weigh in....starving by then but darent risk it....if am desperate will allow myself an apple or pear but try not to...I have 1 piece of toast 2 poached eggs, 2 pieces of 50 % fat bacon and beans or grilled tomatoes...then all day to work it off before 5.30 ish!

I weigh in the morning so all I do is clean my teeth rinse my mouth and that is it. Take some fruit to eat while I am there and have a couple of coffees.

When I used to go evenings I was doing night work so just the same really. If I was not at work weighed in the morning.

my weigh in isnt until 7.30 at night so i try have a big breakfast with loads of sp food and then snack on fruit/yoghurts/cereal bars during the day or if i am really hungry i will have a small bowl of soup or a salad for my lunch
