As for advice to get the last 1lb...just do what you've done to lose the first 13. Follow SW plan and you'll be fine.

If losses are slowing, maybe mix things up a bit (i.e. don't get stagnant eating same stuff, even if it's on plan) and maybe add some exercise?

And water...lots of it! x
