I am sick, sore and tired counting calories, points, syns so I am going along the healthy eating road and hopefully can loose a bit without counting everything!! We shall see......

Yesterday food
B weetabix crunchy bran ss milk & strawberries
L homemade veg soup & roll
D chorizo, prawn & veg rice
S fruit, 3 almond biccies (37 cals each) & a graze box
E body combat class

Today food
B scrambled eggs
L homemade soup & wholemeal pitta
D pasta bake & 1 slice garlic bread & salad
S graze box, fruit, fun size crunchie

Feel free to comment on my foody stuffs! Am drinking loads of water too, have about a stone & half to loose and happy to go slowly but surely! :)

L wholemeal pitta, ham, salad, extra light mayo, 10 cal soup
D pasta bake
S graze box, fruit, crisps (95 cals)

Right good going so far this week, think I might do a Friday morning weigh in every week!
