Has anyone switched from group to "dieting " at home and been successful ? I go it group but sometimes I feel a bit pressured and although this can be good and I have lost weight I sometimes feel I need a break as I feel there a weight / pressure above me ! Hope I don't sound too much of a mad women it's just I'd like the weight to be lifted off me mentally . So has anyone felt the same ? My problem is don't want to stop going then go from feeling under pressure to no control and be back where I started
Decisions decisions has anyone cracked this and lost weight and maintained it on their own ? Thanks x
