Hi all, hope you're doing well!

I've been really unwell all week and really couldn't stomach all the starchy foods that I'm supposed to fill up on. I've managed a small cheese & cucumber sandwich most days to keep my HEX's going, and on the better evenings I've had either homemade soup or a little heap of fruit or veg... But what I'm wondering is;

If I were to carry on like that, but fill my lunch or breakfast gap with a meal replacement shake or soup like Complan or even Slimfast, do you think that would seriously affect my losses? I am already prepared to have put on this week as I've been pretty off plan and I'm about to turn werewolf, but I'd rather keep the gain as small as possible while still getting the nutrients I need to recover!
