I bought this in the shops today - didn't think it was out yet. It looks nice. Quite a lot of fish stuff for me to try (which is good). Has anyone else got it yet ? Made anything from it ??

    Hi Circes,

I think it is suited to all. Obviously the meat and fish sections don't suit green very well and the pasta and risotto doesn't suit red but there is a section on vegetarian mains and many of those will do any of the plans equally (obviously a few are much more green but not as many as I would have expected) and the soups and starters does a bit of both. There are syn counts for all plans and lots of photographs :)

I had a look through this at class, it really is a lovely book. Lots of very fancy recipes that would be good for dinner parties - for example the baked risotto balls and panacotta... who would guess they were diet?! I think I will treat myself to a copy soon. Am feeling the post-Christmas blues and am also quite skint so will have to invite lots of friends over to eat - something to look forward to - and think this book would be perfect!
