Slimming World III

    Hey Slimmers :party0049:

    I'm Sophie I'm 18 years of age and I'm from Essex. This is my third time of joining Slimming World but I actually wanna change my lifestyle not just go on a diet! I thought a food diary on here might help me see where I'm going wrong and going right and other little slimmers can help me to! I've been to my first weigh in and I lost 5lbs which is wicked! So if anyones got any opinions or here to help please post!

    Red day!

    Breakfast:

    1 Slimming World Bar (Orange & Chocolate) - Healthy Extra
    Banana & 4 Tangerines

    Lunch:
    Quorn Mince (Free)
    2 Packs of King Prawns from Marks & Spencers (3 syns)
    Milky Bar Crisy Rolls (6.5 syns)

    Dinner:
    Grilled Chicken & a MASSIVE salad hehe! (Free)

    Drinks:
    Robinsons (Sugar Free) - Free
    Diet Coke (Free)

    Total syns = 6.5 syns
    Hope everyone is doing well on there Slimming World experience to! :banana dancer:

    Green Day!

    Breakfast;
    Beans, eggs fried in fry light and tomatoes (Free)

    Lunch:
    Uncle bens rice snack pot, curry (1.5 syns)

    Snack:
    Grapes

    Dinner:
    Quorn mince and a muller light (free)

    Total syns = 1.5

    I see you've sinned your king prawns? They are free on EE. I doubled checked when I saw your diary as I've been sncking on all sorts of seafood. Yummy !!

    You know what I don't actually understand the EE, I've always known the green and red day! But thank you will try it out! X

    Red day

    Breakfast:
    Bacon, egg and tomatoes fried in fry light (Free)

    Snack:
    Alpen bar (Healthy extra) & a tangerine (Free)

    Lunch/Dinner:
    Went to a Harvester:

    Free salad - sweetcorn, cucumber, onion, tomatoes

    Starter - Chicken wings (taken skin off) & corn on the cob with some low fat mayonaise (2 syns)

    Main - Steak with corn on the cob and grilled king prawns and mushrooms with some peppercorn sauce (3 syns)

    Diet Coke & Robinsons (Free)

    Total syns: 5 syns

    Toffee mullerlight (Free) with a light alpen bar (HEx)

    Snack:
    Sweetcorn & tangerine

    Dinner:
    Slimming World Chips, Egg fried in fry light & mushy peas :)!

    Kit kat chunky - 13 syns woops!

    Total Syns 14.5 syns

    With a crushed Alpen Bar Light (HEx)
    RiceTime Curry Flavour - (1.5 syns)
    HiFi Light bar (1/2 HEx)

    Dinner:
    Chicken Stir Fry - Sauce about (1-3 syns)

    Prawns Marks & Spencer (1.5 syns)

    Snack:
    Toffee Mullerlight (Free)
    with a crushed Hifi Light Bar (1/2 HEx)

    I thought it was a veg though like you could eat as much as you want of it! Don't tell me this that's all I eat ahhhh!

    I just rang me mum up cos she's got me book she says sweetcorn and peas are free but your right about beans and parsnips! Xx

    Sweetcorn and peas are definately not free on original days-they are free on EE and green tho :) the only corn you can have for free on original days in baby corns x

    I am so sorry I just looked it up and they are syned! I can't believe it I thought all vegetables were free? and fruit? So confused they were the last time I done slimming world! So shocked! x

    All veg have never been free on original days-on green they are, but starchy veg are synned or HeX on original days :) x

    Breakfast:
    Hifi Light Bar (1/2 HEx)
    Alpenbar Light (1/2 HEx)
    Banana

    Lunch:
    Tai Mugshot (1/2 syn)
    Homemade vegetable soup (1/2 syn)

    Snack:
    Tangerine
    Hifi Light bar (Rest of HEx)
    Pineapple
    Blackberries
    1 Ryvita (rest of HEx) with laughing cow triangle (2 syns)
    Mini Rabbit Lindt (3 syns)

    Dinner:
    Jacket Potatoe
    with spaghetti hoops
    and sweetcorn (All free as far as I am aware)

    My attempt of EE day - Opinions please I have no clue what I'm doing!

    Breakfast:
    Strawberries, pineapples, grapes (Free)
    1 Alpen Bar Light (1/2 HEx)

    Lunch:
    2 Breast of chicken - no skin (Free)
    3 & 1/2 new potatoes with a little bit of butter and herbs (2 syns)
    Salad (Free)

    Snacks:
    Mullerlight with Alpen bar Light (Other half of healthy extra)
    Grapes, Pomegrantes & Blackberries (Free)

    Maybe have a malteser bunny rabbit (8 syns) - only a maybe!

    Dinner:
    Grilled chicken and salad

    Glass of skimmed milk before I go to bed (HEx A)

    All together 10 syns - if I have the bunny ;)

    Hi

    You know on EE that you can have 1/3 of your plate full of new potatoes at lunch?

    Also you could add 1/3 plate rice, pasta, potatoes to your dinner?

    and they are still free!

    I didnt wanna over do the potatoes haha as its only lunch may add some rice to my food tonight! I'm along the right path though right? x
