Slimming World III

Hi guys! Sorry I haven't been on here I've been a bit side tracked!

But today is a new day and I'm drawing a line under it! I've joint the gym and I'm going to go 4 times a week, I'm now doing slimming world from home as well because I am to busy at work to keep going.

So today - RED DAY!

Breakfast:
Strawberries
Alpen Bar (HEx B 1/2)

Lunch:
Boiled bacon
Salad (Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cucumber) (Free)

Snack:
???

Dinner:
Homemade burgers (Free)
Salad and Veg (Free)

Drinks:
Water & Robinson Sugar Free (Free)

Hope the day goes to plan, pray for me I need will power!! xxx
 
Yeah I'm online as well and I'll weigh myself every Wednesday...

Red day:

Breaksfast:
Tangerine (Free)
Pineapple (Free)
Strawberries (Free)
Alpenbar Light (HEx B 1/2)

Lunch:
Salad (Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cucumber) Free
Slimming world burger (Free)

Snack:
Banana (Free)
Tangerine (Free)
Mullerlight Toffee (Free) with a mini maltesers bunny - 3 syns

Dinner:
Fish (Salmon) - Free
Salad (Free)
Vegetables (Free)

Drinks:
Water
Robinson sugar free (FREE)
 
Yeah it is very good, alot more easier.

Slimming World burger is Really Low Fat Mince Meat, put it in a bowl, get half an onion and chop it up into little pieces we use a blender, then put any spices/herbs/sauces you want in it, then make them in to little burgers, meatballs even and grill them till they are done! There lovely I have them when I'm even not on a diet xx
