Slimming World III

Hi yes along the right path by the looks of it, but remember SW is about not being hungry, so couple of extra potatoes would see you through to snack time without being tempted.

When I did it before, I found the more I eat the more I lost, I know sounds strange but it really does work!

Yeah I spose I'll add a bit more next time! Yeah I know I've done it before and was eating as much as I want but EE is like I'm eating what I want so it feels strange lol!

Lunch:
Oxo cubes in hot water (Free)
Mullerlight Banana and custard (Free)
Alpenbar Light (Other half of HEx B)

Snack:
Carrots, Tangerine & Milky Way Stars (Gave in to temptation!) 9 Syns

Dinner:
Left over stew! 0.5 syns

Yeah its the vegetable ones put it with hot water bit like soup, we cooked it the other day to put in something and we couldn't stop eating it on its own, lovely xx

Well to be fair this is sort of a plan for the day whether I follow it I do not no haha... I may buy some more fruit or something for lunch... Well sometimes I have a little pig out on the weekend with a takeaway or something so I like to save some of my syns for then, I do have little chocolate bars and stuff now and again... I'm a bit peckish at the minute so we'll see! If anything changes I'll edit the post :p xx
 
And to add to that I get weighed tonight so I don't wanna eat to much lol! xx

Be careful looks to me that you are not eating enough, this will slow you losses down and not speed them up! :(

today I have had (so far)

1/2 grapefruit
30g honey nut Shredded Wheat HE B
mixed frozen fruit
75g Onken fat free apple and mango yogurt. 1 syn

2 x satsumas
carrots and celery

Chicken thigh and drum stick skin removed
couscous cooked in knorr stock pot
Salad leaves
Cucumber
Tomatoes
radish
Celery
fat free dressing
Activa fat free yogurt

2 cups coffee
2 cups green tea
glass water
Can diet coke

and I am aiming for a 2lb loss this week

Well the weekend I don't tend to eat alot but maybe eat a bit more crappier lol... and today I didn't wanna eat to much because I'm getting weighed today, plus the fact I am running out of money and pay day is thursday woowoo! xx
 
I do know how you feel, I used to do that, when I went to classes LOL - wouldn't drink or eat anything all afternoon till I had been weighed.
