Hi, im loosing my weight on a total food replacement diet, but intend on changing to slimmingworld to loose my final stone once I loose a further 11lbs... my question is.. i did slimming world in 2008, and there were red and green days, I intend on loosing and then maintaining my weight using mostly red days.. is this still the way it works? i dont see many people mentioning red or green etc.
