Extra Easy Slimming world week 2 ?

You are only allowed a tiny bit of wholegrain pasta as a hexB on red- not really worth it in my opinion when instead you could use your HexB to have a soft wholemeal roll for a sandwich or burger, or have cereal bars or some extra virgin olive oil (makes cooking so much yummier!) or various cereals like chocolate all bran or puffed wheat (which is like sugar puffs without the sugar- really nice with some (synned) honey/maple syrup! :D
Save the pasta for the odd EE day, I was a pasta fiend but I really dont miss it now that I have cut it out :O surprising.
