Slimmm...can i have milkshake for breakfast AND lunch?

the soups are offending me lol

could i just have 2 milkshakes, one for breakfast and one for lunch?

id be grateful for any replies,

Of course!

I dont usually have shakes and have a meal bar for breakfast and lunch

The plan is

shake/meal bar/soup
snack
shake/meal bar/soup
snack
dinner
snack

So you are definitely supposed to be having two shakes etc otherwise you wont be getting nearly enough calorie intake!

i had 2 milkshakes today and the relief that i wasnt having one of those soups again was lovely lol

ive had an apple as a snack and am now having chicken stir fry for dinner..ive had 2 litres of water

Congrats!

I've not tried the soups but heard they are vile. A tip is apparntly to put chili flakes in them to make them taste nicer (i'd rather have a shake lol)
