Slimmm VLCD

Hi all as anyone tried these shakes, I have asked for a sample to see if I like them first, wanted to know people's thoughts on them.

Its not a VLCD. Its more like Slimfast. The weight loss is on a par with SF/SW/WW too (1 - 2lbs a week) not at VLCD rates.
