I don't know what is wrong with me this year, I just can't make my mind up with what i'm doing. I keep switching diets and not sticking with anything. So that is going to change RIGHT NOW! I am doing slimming word. FULL STOP

So 99 days until I get married. Seems the perfect chance to start 'Jillian Michaels - Body Revolution' the program is 90 days and is supposed to be tough. I am in pretty good shape in terms of fitness so I am ready for this.

I am not too bothered about weighing myself each week. I don't feel like I have loads to lose now. I more than anything want to tone up but know that comes hand in hand with a healthy diet. So last year I weighed 207lbs and now I am 168ish lbs.

This is me last night at 168lbs. I am starting to like my body now, once ive toned up I will LOVE it. I hope.

Tomorrow morning I plan on taking my measurements so I have something to compare to in 1 months time.

Hi Guys!!

So first of all I am going to weigh in 1 months time, and retake my measurements in 1 months time.
Here they are today:

Height = 5ft9
Weight= 168lbs

Around Bust (Wearing bra) - 38"
Under Bust - 33"
Waist - 31"
Around Belly Button - 39"
Hips - 42"
Thigh - 24.5"
Top of arm - 11.5"

Todays Food:

Breakfast
Breakfast pot - Ham, Baked beans, Mushroom, Onion, Egg. + 1 Weight watchers petite Pan (HEXB)

Lunch
1 small Sweet Potato + 2 small Parsnip Chips with ketchup (1) and beetroot

Dinner
Pesto (1.5) + Pasta, Carrots, Celery, Mushrooms, Chargrilled Chicken (8)

Snacks
Yogurt (2), Orange, Milk (HEXA) 3 Sweets (I'm guessing 3syns)

=15.5syns

JM Body Revolution = 25mins Cardio and 30mins workout 1
