Slipped up again im such a faliure

You have done amazing!!!! I need to lose 6 stone and i am on week one it feels like it will never happen looking at what you have achieved makes me feel like if i am strong like you have been i will get there, be damm proud of yourself girl and walk tall you have worked your ass off literally :D

Oh my word, you look like a complete different person!! Amazing!! Well Done!! How have you been getting on, you have a good day yestersday? I have been a bit like yourself, powered through for 13 weeks with no slips and had a few dodgy days lately but managed to stay 100% since Monday so hoping I have turned the corner and got my head back in the right place!! x
 
Thanks girls I can't see it yet although iv gone from 18-20 to a 10-12 and have collar bones, had a rubbish day yday and caved but I'm doing well so far normally if I cave it's by 11 I got plans for a chockablock day everyday until Sunday but hope that will be enough to keep me going and get my head back in it,plus iv got a garden to do my partner has said to me which was harsh but I needed to hear " look ur wasting money now!!! (£5 a day some days on crap!!) if u want to keep your he eyebrows nails and hair root free! ( chopped it all of into a bob with a 1.99 hair dye lol) u get back on it if u slip I'm not giving you the money to do it again!" x

God I think i'd cry if my oh said that to me atm, i am v emotional this first week on the diet lol. Good senitment for you to keep going though. Gardening will burn you some calories too! I finally told my oh today that i was doing cd (havent seen him for 2 weeks) as had such a good first weigh in. He told me he needs to shape up now before i run off with someone else, lol! xx
 
Aww haha!! I want to take up running but have no time to do it iv always got the kids :/ tempted to start going on the vibro plate but will only get chance to do it once a week :/ as the gym don't have a crèche and I don't want to ask someone to watch the kids as I could get asked and I'm not ready to tell them I'm on the diet, doing loads of walking iv mastered the school run which is 3 huge roads on hills ect and can do it in 15mins door to door instead of the 45 mins it used to take me I know walk a really long way round now so I walk for 45 everyday and do it briskly so I don't need to go gym or ote plus I'm to scared to go on my own x

Walking is much better for you than a plate. You will be toning up whilst burning calories, particularly if ur doing hills, bet ur bum aches after?! So well done u! Once u feel fitter u can increase the pace (once uve dropped the kids off, can u imagine power walking them to school lol!) and maybe walk a bit further. I would also recommend a decent workout dvd if ud rather exercise inside? Ive tried most and best one ive ive found is jillian micheals 30 day shred. If u buy the dvd off amazon and cheap set of weights from argos thats all u have to spend and it only takes 20 mins :)
 
Iv always got my daughter she's 2 and found out maclarens arent made for power walking grrr lol I just walk as fast as I can without the pushchair going wonky and bumpy at the minute I have towie (can do that now tho without breaking a sweat a friend came round moments after I completed it and said she wouldn't have known I'd done it without me saying) ministry of sound (that burns!! Lol and I'm dripping afterwards! But it takes a hour to complete it if I can ever complete it!) and Zumba on the pas3 can now get through 2 and half stages (it's broke down into 5 sections I'm still on beginner lol) before I break into a sweat bearing in mind I couldn't get past 3mins on any of it literally! So my fitness is getting their I need a fitness buddy lol x
