slow but sure

I've lost 1.5 stone since the end of September at an average of 1 - 1.5 lbs per week. I'm really happy with that as it's getting my head around it, giving me time to adjust to a different way of eating plus it's giving my body chance to adjust too.

Yes I would love to lose huge amounts and get to my target weight quicker but that wouldn't mean I wouldn't go back to my old eating habits. Slowly but surely is right...I didn't get to the weight I was overnight and so I can wait a bit longer to see a successful result ;)

 
I'm averaging just under 1lb a week too but the way I'm looking at it I'm 2st lighter than I was before I started and I really don't feel like I'm on a "diet". So if I keep going at this rate I'll have another 2st gone before Christmas :) Happy days.
