I just chuck as many veg in as i can, normally carrots, peas, potatoes, parsnips, swede, with vegetable stock, garlic powder few herbs and cook for 8-9 hours! tis yum yum especially with a roll :)

I agree with the above, I usually add a couple of vegetable oxo cubes into mine as well - if you want a smooth soup then you can just blitz it up, but it's lovely either way.
