Hi All, I have always used this site for information in the past but have never joined myself before. My reason for joining is I really need advice! I have been following Slimming World for the last 17 weeks. I have stuck to it rigidly and been extremely good. However I have only lost 1st so far. It is beginning to really getting me down as I often go to way in to find I have gained 1lb or STS. I am losing all moral and it is taking every inch of my willpower to stick with it. I having been wondering whether this type of diet just doesn't work for certain people and whether it would be worth moving to try Weight Watchers or something else? Does anybody have any advice having tried other diets? I am 23, not overly active but not lazy either and have a good 4-5 stone to lose. Something has got to give! At my wits end!
