Hiya my LT comrades,
I have a question. I have about two stone that I'd like to lose and I had a sneaky wi today as I had to go to my GP and I'm down SIX pounds. WOOOOOO. Now, I don't really expect to lose more by Wed.
My question is, when there is a bit less to lose, do you find the first week's loss is less? I'm guessing the most I can hope for is sevenlbs. . . But I'm trying to remember that I I lose that I'm a quarter way to goal.
