Slowly but surely weight loss diary

So tomorrow (Mon 25) - well today I suppose - I'm starting my new weight loss program. Been doing SW for the last 2 months, but I think my body is getting used to it, and I've been going over the syns by a few each day, so now I plan to stick to below 15 syns.

I'll have my weigh-in in the morning and I'll share everything here, my first goal is to reach 17 stone exactly, I don't have a date for that, just as the title says, slowly but surely.

I try to go swimming 2-3 times a week, however last time I went the chlorine levels in the pool had an odd reaction with me, they must have turned them up or something, I've been advised to stay away untill it has cleared up, but I will report back as soon as I'm swimming again :).

My ultimate goal is to reach my ideal weight (somewhere between 10 and 11 stone) - it feels ever so strange to write that since last time I was that weight was when I was that age! 10 or 11.

So this is my diary to complain about bad days, and feel great on good days. I'm finding it really difficult to lose weight with PCOS and a side effect of PCOS is depression (also doesn't help that I'm living with my parents and boyfriend, left university over a year ago and still haven't managed to find a job!) I desperately miss my best friends who live too far away to visit without a job and I haven't seen them since September last year. I don't have any friends where I live - I find it really hard to make new ones, so I fill my days with being in my house and doing my voluntary work. All of this makes it increasing hard to lose weight, but I know I just have to because I'm still young (22) and I know if I don't lose weight soon it's going to be what makes me unable to have children.

This is a very long first diary entry, I'd be surprised if anyone has read this much - but even with all of this, I must point out I do have more good days than bad days at the moment, and I am aware things could be much worse, so I keep my chin up!

So I lost 1 and a quarter lbs, I'm pleased with that, very close to getting out the 18s

But today I found out my Granadad died last night, so that is going to make this week a tough one, not a great start, trying to keep it together though.
