well i lost 1lb again last week. which meant i am half a pound away from my target. we went out for a meal the other night as well which wont have been good. but i have been running, so am hoping the scales dont go too mad this week for weigh in on weds. i have been talked into doing the british heart foundation 'hearts first jog' next month so am really pulling my finger out regarding training. its hard work, but the rush after each run is amazing.
