I hope I made a good choice in having the pasta with tomatoe sauce. No garlic bread and no parmesan.

I always would count some syns as you never know how they make the sauce, they will often add oil to food you might not think there will be oil in.
For future reference you will probably get a more accurate answer in the eating out sub forum and a link to a menu would be helpful as many will have never eaten there and not familiar with the food. Hope someone else can help more than me but I would definitely not assume it is free and would count at least 5 syns to allow for oil x
