    Hey Guys!
    I signed up to weight watchers a week ago, but only really been taken it seriously as of yesterday, so im starting my food diary to keep myself on the straight and narrow.


    Breakfast: 2 slices bread: 4pp
    brussles pate: 2pp
    beetroot: 0pp
    Lunch: 2 pitta breads: 9pp
    hummus 2pp
    red pepper soup 1pp
    Dinner Brown Rice 4pp
    minced beef 6pp
    handful of doritos 2pp
    snack 3 chocolates 3pp.

    PP allowed:30
    PP used: 33
    Weekly pp:46


    Breakfast: 2 slices white bread 4pp
    butter 2pp

    Lunch: Asda mug shot 6pp
    2 shortbread 6pp

    Dinner: chicken escalope 9pp
    pasta 6pp
    tomato sauce 0pp

    snack: 2xsnack a jack 2pp

    daily pp allowed 30
    daily pp used 35
    weekly pp left 41

    felling stuffed!!
