Smash Pizza - Help please

Hi all... hope everyone is well.

Advice please, i keep hearing people mention smash pizza and how fab it is - i LOVE pizza so would like to give this a go tonight but have no idea where to start.

I have the smash but not sure of how much to use with how much water, then what sauce to use for the topping as in puree, tinned tomato's, passata??

I have made it several times, different ways, different toppings, found that the easiest way is to make the Instant mash mix and cook it in a shallow omelette pan until one side is done and slides easy in the pan, turn over and repeat, remove and add topping, cook either on a pizza stone (best way) or on a heat proof oven mat that allows the heat through.The trick is to roll the base as thin as possible!
