SMOKED COD is it allowed ???

    Was Cambridge, now maintaining
    I maybe wrong, but I don't think smoked cod is allowed on cambridge. Too much salt I think. Will alert some CDC's:)

    It will make you retain water and can break ketosis. Salt is a no no on the programmes.
