smoked mackeral pate

here is a recipe for smoked mackeral pate
its lovely
I am in australia but think you may have philli light cream cheese if not sure you will have alternatives you can use like quark or from frais

so here goes

2 smoked mackeral fillets skin removed
grate 1/2 onion I use red onion
250grms philli cream cheese 80/% fat free
2 large tbs spoons horseradish
cayenne pepper to your taste

put all ingredients in a pot and mix with a beater as this keeps it chunky
its really nice on crispbreads or jacket potatoe
