Smoked mackerel Points????

Hi, just had 2 smoked mackerel fillets with potato wedges for my tea, but have realised that thrown the packet away so not sure how high the points for the fish will be, any ideas? I may resort to rummaging in the rubbish, but I have a feeling going to very high so may just ignore todays points:cry:

For anyone interested, avoid smoked mackerel fillets like the plague!!!!!

For the peppered mackerel, 100g is 8 points, and the mexicana (with peppers and chillies) 100g 6.5pts!
So add that to a large serving of homemade potato wedges and I reckon tea last night was around 20 pts

And yes I did go through the bin to try and get more accurate points!!!!!
