Smoothies

    I've been using slimfast for brekkie lately and this morning decided to make it into a smoothie.

    Used
    250ml Skimmed milk
    1 scoop banana slimfast
    1 scoop vanilla slimfast
    1 chopped up banana
    1 weight watchers vanilla yogurt.

    slimfast made up is 6pp and yogurt is 1pp so..
    7pp smoothie which has kept me full till lunchtime!!

    Anyone got any lower point ideas for making them? The kids love them as well so it would be worth making them up for everyone :D

    I use 200g strawberries, 150ml low fat yoghurt, 1 banana and a splash of skimmed milk... makes a huge thick smoothie and is only 2 or 3 points - depending on the yoghurt that you use and if you add milk. HTH
