I am not sure about this, I thought you would have to syn the fruit if you are changing it from its natural state, if you know what I mean?

I usually just eat a big bowl of fruit with yog drizzled over for brekkie.

I am afraid you would have to syn all the fruit if you blitz it in to a smoothie. So smoothies come out as quite a high syn value. however if you have been having them and counting them as free and loosing weight, then no reason to stop, but if your losses stop or slow that would be something to change. If you struggle to eat fruit and the amount you are using in your smoothie is what you would ( or should) eat in a day, then carry on. if its working for you then fine. but stop if your not losing.

Your supposed to syn all fruit that is cooked or pureed, or juiced as in those states it is easier to over consume them, and eating one orange is more likely to satisfy some hunger pangs than drinking a glass of OJ which is equiveleant of 4 oranges.

I am having poached pears tonight, so officially i should syn the pear, but i am only having one pear which i cold just eat raw, so am not synning it. but i know that that wont affect my losses.
