i would really like some ideas for syn free smoothies or low syn. I have been making my own but there is only so long you can make the same ones.
I been doing fat free yogurt, bananas, strawberries, honey and skimmed milk.
I do find it fulling especially for breakfast, works a treat.
So any more ideas?? :0)
