Smurfette1984......the good, the bad & the rest lol

Totally back on it Wednesday. Will be up to then obviously but that's my official day in my head lol

totally on it tomorrow im actually looking forward to it :) the only thing i struggle with is exercise
im not the biggest fan at the best of times but its just fitting it in with work and a nearly 1 yr old daughter lol x

Aye i tend to be more active when kids are at school lol Seem to go everywhere in car or on bus in holidays lol
 
Well not really eaten a lot so here goes....

Breakfast: 2 Weetabix with milk (hexa) & grapes
Lunch: WW fat free yoghurt (forgot flavour lol)
Tea: Roast Pork, stuffing (12 syns), broccoli, cauliflower, sprouts, sweetcorn, carrots, mashed potatoes (hexa & o.5 syn for marg), roastys (frylight), roast parsnips (frylight), 2 yorkshire puddings (4 syns)
Snacks: WW fat free yoghurt
Drinks: Sugar free orange & mango squash, hot choc (2 syns)

Total syns: 18.5
 
i walk a fair bit n runnin round after my little one but i actually need to exercise - even skipping for 5 mins would be something!!

Sounds like me lol

Breakfast: Bacon & tomato on small brown breadcake (hexb & 2 syns for oil)
Lunch: WW yoghurt
Tea: Spaghetti Bolognese, 30g cheese (hexa)
Drinks: Tea (2 syns for milk)

Bit low on syns but went over yesterday so evens out.

Thanks although I feel I ain't been eating enough but not had ought in to make homemade soup.so settled for yoghurts lol x

I weigh on Wednesdays so tomorrow is when I find out my official weight of the new year lol xx

I use tesco value Yorkshire puddings, they only 2 syns each x
 
Officially 1st week of 2016 done, not always stayed on plan but got back on it. Todays been on plan, now sit, chill & wait to see what scales say tomorrow eeek o_O

Breakfast: Porridge (hexa & b) with 2 tsps. choc spread (3 syns)
Lunch: Ham salad box. Salad cream (0.5), 1 tbsp. coleslaw (guess at 2)
Tea: Spicy Chinese Chicken salad (6.5 syns for egg noodles)
Drinks: Tea (hexa milk), No added sugar lemon & lime, no added sugar orange & mango squash.

Total syns: 12

Aye its been a struggle at times but drew a line under it & got back on track. Thanks xx will report sometime tomorrow :D
