Snacks Snack ideas

Hi everyone,

I am on my third week of Slimming World and I'm needing snack ideas,
I usually have fruit and low fat yoghurt with my lunch and then I have my dinner and finding it hard to find something to snack on after as I'm usually hungry after a hour or so.

Is there any other ideas of snacks other than fruit that are healthy because I end up having syns.

I use my syns for after dinner snacks every night, have lost nearly 3st in just under 4 months. Doesn't do any harm. :)

But other than fruit or yoghurt... any veggies you like, chicken drumsticks (skin removed) or any other lean meat, seafood sticks, boiled eggs, cottage cheese. I don't know processed foods as well but things like the free mugshots or any other free noodle/pasta based things. But really anything from the free section can be a snack if you want it to be.

I like pickled things - onions, eggs, gherkins - anything really. I find popping some of this reduces cravings (and friends hanging around too, can't have everything!)
