    Well i am going tostart sw again today..... after not loosing much eating rubbish ha ha... oh dear if only we could!!!
    My problem is snacking but even if i snack away a lot at fruit, free foods ect i shouldnt gain weight should i???
    I just love snacking!!!

    I stick to fruit & yogurt in-between meals and have my free food as part of my main meals and that works for me. Everyone's bodies are different but personally I'd try and reach for super free food before anything else. Good luck on your slimming world journey.
