snacks on ss? flavouring soup?

No it's not a lot at all I tell you if you do SS+ which I currently love! have your 200kcal meal ona tea plate (it looks like you got a massive plate full!!!!) you can also have 120g chicken thats not a lot but still satisfying I BBQ mine with spices, or 190g white fish again BBQ with spices and 1 small tin Tuna that one's a bit plain cause the only thing I want to add to the tuna is Mayo!!! which of course you cant!! these are the ones I do and without them I'd be cheating all the time!
