Kelly bee..... a weetabix and 90ml of skimmed milk is 100cals. I have this as my brekkie (snack 1) then a shake mid morning, another snack if i need it lunchtime and another shake late afternoon that then leaves my 600cal meal and another pm snack.....spacing it out like that stops my hunger and sometimes im not hungry enough for the 2nd shake so keep tthat for the evening as well. Just experiment with your food timings till u find what works for u. Xx

Thanks for the advice Stephie. I definitely need to work out my timings so I'm not starving all evening. That's the worst time for me and when I'm most likely to cheat. Will give the weetabix a go!
