Snacks?

Ok, so I haven't lapsed. It's week two of Lite for me and I'm finding it MUCH more difficult psychologically than Total. Any tips on legitimate snacks I can have if cravings get too intense? I've been having water and cups of tea and tonight resorted to a carrot (!) but I don't like feeling like this. Help! What do you guys do?
