Red Days snacks ?

Hi. Im doing SW at home and struggling a bit! I have been doing ee days for the past week and haven't lost any weight. Instead feel very bloated and windy! :-( i have also just joined the gym an doing classes like boxfit 3 times a wk. I have previously done carb free diets with good success so thinking of doing red days next week. Anyone got any tips for red days? Filing snacks?? Thank you x
