Snap me out of it!!

Yeah I've made some syn free jelly and low syns desserts to curb the sweet tooth just thinking I need to make another sw quiche or something to help with the savoury stuff!

But still doing the exercise but just trying to eat more sf but still finding the hunger pangs hard to deal with ATM!

Having 15syns a day this week need them to stay on it!! Xx

I hope you don't mind me chipping in?
I've been pretty committed since I restarted SW in Feb and last week things came to a head with my OH (been brewing for a while) and ever since Friday I've been a total disaster foodwise.

Today (after a Mars bar!) I decided enough was enough - I'm only 2 or 3 lbs from target and I'm determined to do it. My consultant said once that a bad week isn't the end of the world - it just delays you getting to target by a week or two, so I'm hoping she's right!

I'm at home this week (half term hols) so I have NO EXCUSE for not planning and shopping well.

I hope you manage to get back on track - believe me I know how you feel!:cry::break_diet:
