Sneaking back in

Was here about a year ago when I stopped doing CD after hitting almost a 3 stone weight loss (needed to start eating properly).

Anyhoo, after putting on 7lbs in just a few weeks I decided my old habits were coming back in force and I needed to to start something before all the weight crepted back on - not to mention the fact that I recycled all my old fat clothes and didn;t want to buy any new ones.

Anyhow my last weigh in over a year ago was 10 stone 3 lbs. Tonight I was 11 stone 8lbs. So I have put on just under half what I lost, which personally I don't think is tooooo bad.

I have booked a cruise in April and this is my motivation for loosing at least 2 stone (maybe more, we'll see). I am also SSing from tomorrow (My husbands b'day - no cake for me even though I'll have to bake it:eek:).

I think my reasons for not managing to keep my weight off was the fact that I didn;t follow the correct steps out of the diet (I stopped at 1000 plan and even then only managed to follow it for a few days). So this time I fully intend to see the program to the end. Not looking forward to getting into Kitosis or the bad breath for that matter. However I am looking forward to hot banana tetras (yum, actually missed theses) and trying the new leek and potato soup (my tea for tomorrow night), just need to keep busy and drink lots of water (I' m not very good at keeping my water intake up).

So wish me luck - and hopefully I shall be good and keep off the food
