Well I’m back over 1.5stone heavier than when I gave up about 6mths ago. I’ve my 1st meeting back with same consultant today, so will see the real weight gain on her scales later on.

I gave up as my weight loss had really slowed down. I did go on Exante half hartedly in the meantime but didn’t have the motivation to stick with it without the pressure of a weigh-in with a consultant. As much as I hated having to weigh-in with my CDC I guess that I really need that element to lose weight loss.

On a positive, I am not heavier than when I first started, so that’s good. And also I have an interim target of a wedding (not mine) in 10 weeks. I don’t know how much I want to lose for the wedding but I aim to lose 2.5 stone in total.

I am so going to miss my S&V crisps (on which I could live), but want to be slim more than I want the food (though this wavers a lot and in my downfall).

I have given up my ridiculously big Diet Coke habit over the weekend to try and make the journey into ketosis a little easier. My caffeine withdrawal headaches are lesseing, nearly gone, yey!

I SOOO hate the first weigh in, horrible!

Welcome back and hey a 1st 5lb regain in all that time isn't bad at all!

Salt and vinegar crisps lol! I used to love cheese and onion and smokey bacon mmm. Hardly ever eat crisps now but when I do I savour every single one.

Good luck with your restart x

Welcome back Mocha, like somebody said on here - nothing tastes as good as being slim does - not even S&V he he. Good luck you'll soon be back on track and lose the weight.

    Thanks :)

Well it is 21lbs that I've put on according to CDC's scales. So that's a stone and a half to get back to where I was, then another half a stone to get to where I want to be.

I'm on day 3 and it's going well, really well, not hungry, but can't imaine that I'm i'n ketosis especially eating the meals (and some pickled onions too).

I'm doing SS+ like I did before, so hoping it will be Okay

I need to update my signature with my restart details, which I'll do later when I'm not typing o'n the phone.
