Sneaky peak and still on week 1 !

Well I started on Saturday last week. I am only at the start of day 4 and have lost 7 lbs !! I know they say you shouldn't weigh every day, but I find I need the motivation of seeing those numbers drop each day. Is anyone else like that ?? :eek:
 
Oops. I'm day 3 today and feeling bit quesy. Avoiding any scales in case of that 'but I've really stuck to it how can I have not lost weight' moment that I have become accustomed to at ww!

Have you much to lose?
