Slimming world chips with chicken fillets (free)

Snacks
Banana x 2
Hifi Bar (B)
Milk in coffee (A)

Exercise
Used the stairs instead of lift (8 floors:eek:)

Hi Snowyz81, hope you're having a good day.
Just wanted to check - I take it you're doing Extra Easy today? If so you need to make sure you're getting 1/3 superfree veg with every meal...
I'm guilty of not doing it all the time, and if you can't manage it then try and eat lots of fruit between meals to make up for it.

Look forward to having another diary to nose at!!

Yeah i tend to stick to the extra easy, its easier.

I ended up having savoury rice as well for tea i'm stuffed.
