So... About this super speed food soups

Hi guys

First of all if I'm being thick please just humour me it happens often lol....

So I bought the ingredients for the much talked about super soup including mixed beans baked beans lentils etc..... Obviously this is a green day soup (think I'm keeping up so far)

Now seeing as the recipe makes such a huge pit of soup (so I am told) I was wondering if it could be adapted to be free on both red and green days without losing it's super powers?! Lol sounds a bit dramatic huh!

I was thinking to make a big load of soup and take it for lunch at work but I'm doing both red n green n it would be handy to just have the one pot to make up to cover the week

All you would need to do is make a soup where all the ingredients are free on red and also super speed foods, so no pulses or lentils as well as none of the vegetables that are not free on red.
