So annoyed with myself

Well, after pie and chips, large bag of jelly beans, pringles and ice cream - well and truely binged out. Why do I get these urges to eat for when I am not hungry just tired and fed up. I know that the eating isnt really doing the trick and I will feel dreadful after but still carry on. Its not the actions of a so called intelligent person is it? :sigh:

Rant over will pick myself up and start anew in the morning. Am going to bed very soon so I wont be tempted to eat any more - mind you dont think I could fit any more in.

Comfort eating is very hard to beat but I will beat it. Have got the day off tomorrow so will fit in some exercise to help get back on track.

Hi Vanda,

Don't let it get you down we all have these mad binges and then feel bad about it. Like you say put it all behind you and start afresh tomorrow. Good Luck.

Thanks for your words of support. Feel awful this morning very tired and stomach upset - good job I didnt take the xenical tab last night before my blow out or would really be suffering.

Just as well its my day off cos can take it easyish. Am still determined not to let this turn into a weeks binge so today is a new day and onwards.

Thanks again
